We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation Window:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Orders Already Processed or Shipped:
    If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
    If your cancellation is accepted, any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
